About Me
Hi, I’m Joni
My journey into UX didn’t start with design—it started with people.
With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and a background in psychology, I’ve spent much of my career listening, supporting, and helping people navigate complex systems. Whether it was resolving challenges or improving workplace experiences, I was always focused on one thing: making things work better for real people.
Over time, I realized that same passion naturally extended into digital spaces.
Transitioning into UX design allowed me to combine my love for creativity with my deep understanding of human behavior. Today, I design with intention—creating experiences that feel simple, accessible, and genuinely helpful. I’m especially passionate about designing for real-life needs—whether that means improving access to community resources, simplifying everyday interactions, or creating experiences that feel inclusive and easy to use.
My approach to design is both thoughtful and intuitive. I take the time to understand users, ask the right questions, and create solutions that are not only visually engaging, but also meaningful and easy to navigate.

I believe great design should feel effortless.

A Little More About Me
Outside of design, I’m a mom who values balance, creativity, and meaningful moments. That perspective shapes how I approach my work—I design with real life in mind. I’m also passionate about creating spaces for creativity and connection, which shows up in the experiences and projects I bring to life.
